UnoWall
UnoWall is a lightweight, insulated wall that sticks together in a puzzle-like manner. UnoWall is very light and cold insulated and is used for Clean Rooms, houses etc. In the Clean room, since we must have a clean, safe and insulated surroundings, Unolit is embedded and it is covered with PVC or basic minerals on both sides. This ensures that the wall is not damaged by acid when washed and that the temperature remains unchanged. These wall are also used for painted rooms so that dust is not absorbed.
UnoWall can be used in all parts of the building that require a “wall”. UnoWall has been invented by the Unolit Co. and obtained a manufacturing license from the relevant organizations for the first time in 2012 in Iran.
- One of the most important properties of UnoWall is its excellent lightness, quick installation and earthquake resistance. It could also resist fire and the harms from gases produced when burning is less than that of wood. It also does not damage the ozone layer when burning.
- Due to Unolit insulation, it is the best alternative for interior and exterior walls in terms of acoustic properties and provides a calm environment for your life.
- UnoWall has also been tested for moisture absorption and water proof properties. Its maximum absorption is less than 2.5%, so there is no need to insulate (using tar felt rolls) the exterior walls of the building.
- Due to its lightness compared to brick walls, etc., it reduces the cost of foundation. So, implementing UnoWall and reducing the weight of the structure could help get the necessary permits from the competent authorities to increase the number of building floors by about 20%.
- The implementation (installation) of this product is twice as quick as that of a construction project with bricks and pottery. As a result, the construction time of a project with an area of 2000 square meters is reduced by about 4-5 months.
- The cost of construction and implementation of UnoWall is similar to that of construction and implementation of clay blocks.
